GOODBYE SUMMER, HELLO AUTUMN

July brought Juan Carlos Lérida back to Berlin and with him marvelous dancers from all over the world (and with all over the world I mean ALL over the world: Australia, USA, Israel, Brasil, Sweden,…) to spend an inspiring week together at PAUL. August in Amsterdam with Lily Kiara, being in space, being spacious, being space.
The change of seasons brings old projects back an lets new projects arrive:

September: Revisiting centrifugues on September 21st, at Waschhaus Potsdam, as part of the bewegend anders Festival. There, on September 23rd, centrifugues will become a workshop for the first time: In deiner Haut - Eine tänzerische Annäherung ans ‘Anders'sein. And as a third in three days: taking part in the production Herr der Fliegen, September 22nd-24th. On September 28th&29th, Kalaschnikowa will detonate again at Waschhaus Potsdam. Also: back to writing for the flamenco magazine anda, with Juan Carlos Lérida.

Oktober: New project with Carlo Philipp Thomsen: Muntjac oder was ich von einem Wal, einem Reh und einem Hyänenrudel gelernt habe, Kapitel 1: Kasatka. Premier of a first version at the FFHH, the Flamenco Festival Hamburg, on October 13th. The next day, I will hold a brief talk at Flamencopia.

November: Sevilla again! AHORAS, November 5th-9th, a workshop about improvisation for flamenco bodies. Collaborating with Maria Jesus de los Reyes Manzano in Mes de Danza. More info soon. And another collaboration, as a director for dot dot dot in their new piece.
